We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and usage data (pages visited, features used, video metadata). We do not access the content of your videos beyond what is necessary to provide the editing service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and analyze usage patterns to improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by our infrastructure partners (Vercel, Fly.io, Neon, Cloudflare). Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and retained according to your subscription plan.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, Runway, ElevenLabs, Suno, and others) to process your editing requests. Your prompts and media references are sent to these providers as needed. We use Stripe for payment processing and PostHog for analytics.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or request account deletion by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Media files are deleted 30 days after account inactivity (Free plan), 90 days (Plus plan), or retained indefinitely (Pro plan). You can delete media at any time from your project.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure session management, and rate limiting. We promptly investigate and address security incidents.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service.
