CADRAL is an AI-powered video editing platform that allows users to create, edit, and export video content using artificial intelligence tools. The Service is provided on a credit-based subscription model.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Credits and Billing
Credits are consumed when using AI tools. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. CADRAL retains ownership of the platform, tools, and underlying technology.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. CADRAL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
